TEA PARTY + WINEMAKING EXPERIENCE
MAKE WINE USING BOTANICALS + HERBS
You'll love creating your own signature blends from dried herbs and botanicals + tasting + perfecting, then turning your blend into a delicious, all natural wine! Join us for a fun "tea party" and learn how to make Botanical Wine + Herbal Wine and take home a 1/2 gallon to develop and mature into something your palate will find amazing!!

The Winemaking Experience
We have various winemaking experiences scheduled throughout the weekends at our Dahlonega and McDonough Studios. Although we retail bases for traditional grape varietals, (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, etc) , in our instructional classes we like to start new winemakers with fruit wines that are delicious young drinkers so they can taste and enjoy the fruit of their labor within 8-12 weeks (traditional grape varietals take at least a year to mature, balance and develop into a wine we know and love)

Big Batch Winemaking
Did you know that in Georgia you can legally make up to 200 gallons of wine
per year without the need for permits or licenses? Yep it's true!
So if you're ready to make a big batch of delicious wine that will be housed at Dahlonega Winemaking Studio until you return to bottle, then this is the session for you! (bottles/corks not included in cost)
This is a two part series where you will come to the studio and choose the flavor you'd like to make or blend into an amazing wine! Then you'll be taught step by step how to prepare your base for fermentation using our equipment and supplies. After you pitch the yeast, the wine will be left in our equipment to ferment and when it's ready for bottling in 10-12 weeks you'll return to taste, adjust and bottle your wine. PRIVATE COUPLES WINEMAKING
What's more romantic than a private winemaking experience for two at our Dahlonega or McDonough location. Each couple will make a half gallon of wine per person, and enjoy samples as well as other romantic touches. Perfect for a birthday, anniversary, or just because! STAY OVER NIGHT
Round up your favorite pals and get ready for an amazing winemaking experience at our McDonough location, followed by a fun sleepover, because you know what? You don't have to go home..and you DON'T have to get the hell out of here (see what I did there)
Our Adult Slumber Parties are good for up to 10 people, so when you and your group come make wine with us, no designated driver is necessary!
Cost per person for winemaking + sleep over package starts at $150 and varies based on group size.

WINEMAKING EQUIPMENT KITS & REFILL JUICE KITS
When you learn to make your own delicious wine at home you have full control over what goes into it and it can be made as natural, vegan or organic as you like! Make it dry, semi-sweet or a delicious dessert wine or port! Shoot for 9% abv, 18% abv or anything in between! Natural wine made by you is so much fun to discover. And with our starter kit, which comes complete with an easy to follow instruction and recipe booklet, you'll be able to make five bottles (1 gallon batches) at a time while always keeping the next 5 in rotation!
If you've made wine at our winemaking studio, chances are you have an empty jug sitting around now that the delicious wine is all gone. After attending our fun winemaking experience, you know how easy it is make wine from 100% juice concentrate. So all you need to do now is chose your flavor (we've got MAD FLAVAS) then fill your empty jug with one (or two) flavors blends and you're on your way to your next amazing gallon (or half gallon) of wine! Our kits come with everything you need.
If you think all wine is vegan just because it's made with fruit, nope! Think again!! Come learn about the animal byproducts used in commercial wine and learn how to make your own delicious VEGAN wine using ingredients that are easily accessible to you! In this class, you will not only learn how to make one gallon of vegan wine, but also included is a take home winemaking equipment kit, which includes everything you need to continue making gallons and gallons of wine in your own kitchen! Just add fruit, passion an patience.
