We have various winemaking experiences scheduled throughout the weekends at our Dahlonega and McDonough Studios. Although we retail bases for traditional grape varietals, (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, etc) , in our instructional classes we like to start new winemakers with fruit wines that are delicious young drinkers so they can taste and enjoy the fruit of their labor within 8-12 weeks (traditional grape varietals take at least a year to mature, balance and develop into a wine we know and love)
See below for a list of some of the 100% fruit bases we have available to be made at our fun winemaking experiences. We promote natural winemaking with little intervention and chemicals. These are also available for purchase.
**Note, pre-registration is required for all of our winemaking experiences. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. All flavors are subject to current availability, some flavors are seasonal

Join us for a fun "tea party" and learn how to make Botanical Wine + Herbal Wine and take home a 1/2 gallon to develop and mature into something your palate will find amazing!!

per year without the need for permits or licenses? Yep it's true!
So if you're ready to make a big batch of delicious wine that will be housed at Dahlonega Winemaking Studio until you return to bottle, then this is the session for you! (bottles/corks not included in cost)
This is a two part series where you will come to the studio and choose the flavor you'd like to make or blend into an amazing wine! Then you'll be taught step by step how to prepare your base for fermentation using our equipment and supplies. After you pitch the yeast, the wine will be left in our equipment to ferment and when it's ready for bottling in 10-12 weeks you'll return to taste, adjust and bottle your wine.
